Our policy is "satisfied or refunded". If you are not happy with an item (you don't like the colour, it doesn't fit to your coat, it is not your style, etc.), you can return it without any problems at your charge within 14 days. Please, check the conditions of return on the "Return" page.
If the item is faulty, please, let us know right away. We will pay the shipping back or we will offer you a refund. We carefully check all goods before shipping them, but we are not robots...
Fashion Details is a real shop and a registered Italian company. We buy only authentic products from official distributors, dealers and producers. Due to all above mentioned reason, ALL products we offer are 100% AUTHENTIC.
Almost all items we offer are new. Only vintage items, due to their particular characteristics, might be occasionally used. However, we will clearly specify in the description if the item is used and what is its condition.
You can pay for the order, using the following methods:
- PAYPAL: Paypal can be used by worldwide Customers
- CREDIT CARD: Credit card can be used through Paypal by any Customer worldwide
- BANK TRANSFER: Only Customers in the European Community can pay by bank transfer only if operating in euro currency; the Seller reserves the right to receive Customer ID before accepting bank transfer payment
You can return your purchase no later than within 14 days after having received the parcel. Within 14 days after having received the you need to inform us by email that you are not happy about the purchase and that you want to return it.
The item should be returned in the same condition as it was (with all tags and original certificates). Only the item purchase price and shipping cost to recipient will be reimbursed (this rule doesn't apply to the return of faulty goods - the return shipping costs are paid by us).
The Buyer will be refunded only after Fashion Details receives the item(s) back. In the Custom declaration it should be clearly stated that this is a "Return of the goods" and the item's price from the invoice should be written.
To benefit of the right of withdrawal the Buyer commits:
- to ship back all item(s) in their original conditions
- to ship back all label(s) and/or holograms of authenticity
- to ship back the original wrapping(s) in the original conditions
- NOT to wash and/or use and/or damage item(s)
In case even one of the above mentioned conditions is not fully respected the Customer loses totally the right of withdrawal.
In case all conditions are not met, the Customers loses his/her right to withdraw and will not have right to get refund
