Return

• We only can accept item that has not been used with its original unopened packaging as it was sold.
• The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense.
• For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 2 days and we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that the item is faulty.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. (15% + 60p per transaction) will deduct from the refund unless the reason for return was due to a mistake on our part. In such a case, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges.
