Please Note: You will need a Nelisat Master Receiver to use this product.

The Nelisat system is revelation in multi set top box viewing in one property. The system requires only one satellite feed connected to a Master box to deliver signals to up to 2 additional Slave boxes (3 in total). The satellite signal is shared with the Slave boxes by utilising your existing electrical wiring.

This product cannot be used alone it must be used in conjunction with a Master set top box.

The set top box will be delivered pre-programmed so it is ready to plug in and go upon delivery. Your dish needs to be aligned to the Atlantic Bird 3 Satellite @ 5° West.

Shipping Conditions

All items dispatched using our Next Day 24 Hour Courier service will be delivered the next working day, Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5pm for Mainland UK. Items ordered before 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Saturday delivery available upon request, an extra charge will be applicable. Non-Mainland UK items may be subject to additional carriage charges. Next Day Delivery does not include Bank and Public Holidays.

Return Policy

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced if returned to us within 30 working days, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Please note the above terms do not apply to products sold as seen or without warranty. Items purchased in error or not as expected can be returned within 30 days from receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us and to be returned in a saleable condition. Any items missing or damaged from your order must be reported to us upon receipt. All subscription based products will not be accepted for return after activation.
