Shipping Policy

Address

We only ship to Ebay Address. Please make sure the address is correct on Ebay.  
If an alternative delivery address is required, please be sure to input in the Ebay confirmation page.
We suggest you should input your phone number for delivery purpose.

Handling

If the payment is made before 6pm HK time, orders will be dispatched from our HK warehouse in within 2 business day (Monday to Friday, excluded HK public holiday).

Shipping

All orders are shipped with HK Post International Air mail.
Feel free to check with us on the shipping if your country is not specified.

For small value items (<$5 USD), orders are shipped with HK Post Standard Air mail.

Payment Policy

Only accept PayPal.
Payment is expected within 5 business days from successful purchase.

Return Policy

Unsatisfied / Unwanted Products:

We accept refund within 7 days.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.  Buyer has to pay from the return shipping cost.

Note:  All returned items must be in the original undamaged package, i.e. in a fully saleable condition.  If the product received is not in its original condition, NO refund will be issued.

Damaged Products:

We always make sure product is in good condition before we shipped.

However, if unfortunately product is damaged, we accept return of damaged products, given there is supporting evidence (i.e. photos showing the damage or fault).
