These are brand new in the original package.  This is for one box of 10 inserts.  They are 25 years old and fairly rare.  The model is MPG-52.52.  They are not square.  They are parallelograms.  5/8" x 5/8" x 5/32" thick.  Please be sure these will fit your milling tool.  I added photos of the measurements.  They are 0.634" across the the parallel sides and 0.156" thick.  Across the short diamond 0.856" and across the long diamond is 0.898".
