Instead of purchasing a radiator to cut off a bent inlet
tube, just purchase these 90 degree bent radiator inlet tubes to save you time
and money.
This is an aluminum 90 degree bent radiator tube inlet used
in the conversion of a modern Honda chassis to except a 1989-2001 CR500 engine.
The length of the tube is longer than necessary so you can trim it to fit your
radiator however you like. Because they are smaller than CRF250 outlet tubes,
it is recommended that you replace the left radiator tube with this smaller one
and add this smaller bent inlet tube to the right radiator as well, so you can
use the CR500 hose kit.
The longer length also allows for use as straight inlet
tube, with a little trim, if needed.
It measures approximately 2.5 inches long, and 1.7 inches
wide. The outside diameter is approximately 0.635 inches. The inside diameter
of the tube is approximately 0.5 inches.
