DIRECTIONS:

  • Daily Use: Apply Lslard Oil To Locks And Scalp And Twist Or Lock Style With Locking Gel.
  • Hot Oil Treatment: Place Island Oil In A Container Of Hot Water.
  • Massage Evenly With A Warm Moist Towel For 8 Minutes Or Place A
  • Plastic Cap Over Locks And Sit Under A Dryer For 4 Minutes.
  • Rinse With Warm Water. Apply Locking Gel To Root And New Growth And Twist.

Orders received Monday thru Friday by 3 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed on the same business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by 3 PM on Monday. All expedited priority orders must be placed by 3 PM Central Standard Time (CST) to be processed on the same business day. Orders received after 3 PM will be processed the following business day. Same day processing excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Postal Holidays.

Cancelling or Changing Orders
Most orders you place enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.
It is buyer's responsibility to notify us immediately when you wish to cancel or change order.

Tracking Says "Delivered;" Package Not Received
Occasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.

If you've waited a couple of days and you still don't have the package:

  • See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
  • Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.) If you package was shipped via UPS, they may be able to hold the package at their local hub for you to pick up. You can call UPS and see if this is possible.

If you don't receive the package by then, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Please note that carriers may deliver packages up until 8 p.m.

Undeliverable as addressed-return package
If the item comes back to us as "undeliverable as addressed", the shipping cost will not be refundable. If it was a free shipping order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation. We cannot process your return until the item is received.
The following conditions and exceptions apply.

Partial refunds/Restocking Fees
  • Any item in original condition that is returned within 14 days after delivery: Shipping Charge is not refundable
  • Any item in original condition that is returned between 15 days and 30 days: 20% restocking fee
  • Any item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: No returns are accepted
  • Any item has obvious signs of use and returned: NO REFUND!
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: NO REFUND!
  • If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please contact the manufacturer!

If you refuse a shipment or your item comes back to us as "undeliverable as addressed", the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If it was a free shipping order, the shipping cost and eBay fee will be deducted from your refund.
