UK Delivery

Delivery is standard 1-3 days to UK mainland, depending on the product and your address. Geographical supplements will apply to deliveries to all the following postcodes.

Delivery Methods

Depending on weight and dimensions, items delivered within the UK are sent via Royal Mail, UPS or a pallet network service. If applicable, we will contact you with relevant tracking details for item.

Feedback

We will always leave feedback but we wait until it has been left for us first. Your feedback should be left for you within 5 days of leaving it for me. Please don’t leave negative feedback without contacting us first as we will always try and resolve any problems. Please do not use feedback to ask after sale questions - please email us instead.

Non Paying Bidders

You must be certain you want/can pay for the item before you commit to buy. Returns Policy

If you wish to return your item you must notify us within 7 days of the purchase date and return the item to us within 14 days. You will recieve a full refund, however the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
