- All of our sales are final unless the product received is either damaged or defective due to manufacturing fault, in which case, the buyer may ask for either a full refund excluding shipping & handling charges or a product exchange for the same item. We must be notified of this within 3 days upon your receipt of the product. If the returned product is found to be non-defective upon inspection, then a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged to the buyer.
- Under no circumstances will shipping & handling charges be refunded. If the product is returned due to defect or damage, then the full amount of the price paid will be refunded, but the shipping fees will not be refunded. In the event of an exchange due to defect or damage, we will ship the replacement for free, but we will not be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for the buyer sending back the product.
- All of our products have a one year warranty from date of purchase, which means from the day the invoice was issued. Items will be replaced, exchanged, within this 1 year limit. Any product that has been purposely damaged will be sent back.
