• All of our sales are final unless the product received is either damaged or defective due to manufacturing fault, in which case, the buyer may ask for either a full refund excluding shipping & handling charges or a product exchange for the same item. If the returned product is found to be non-defective upon inspection, then a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged to the buyer.


• Under no circumstances will shipping & handling charges be refunded. If the product is returned due to defect or damage, then the full amount of the price paid will be refunded, but the shipping fees will not be refunded.
