- If you receive an item, which is defective in any way, we must be notified of the situation within 7 days of your receipt.
- If your item is refurbished there will be no exchanges for minor scratches or cosmetic defects, only malfunctions.
- During the first seven days, we will exchange it.
- In every situation you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost of sending the item to us and back to you.
- All products found to be not defective upon our inspection will be subject to a $5 per item or 20% service restocking fee whichever is greater.
- If for any reason you want to return an item, which is NOT DEFECTIVE, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed
- All items must be returned in their original condition including: Packaging, Documentation, Warranty cards, Manuals, Accessories, etc., unless otherwise agreed.
- Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
