So you need a new set of bearings for your trailer. Easy eh…just select the cheapest you can find on Ebay eh!

On second thoughts perhaps its not quite that simple! The bearings are probably the cheapest consumable on the entire trailer, but thinking about it you are staking the whole shebang on these items. Perhaps you are towing a boat, a caravan, an expensive motor cycle or car, or perhaps you are off on holiday to the South of France with er indoors & the billy lids. Are you going to risk all of this on a cheap set of unbranded bearings! Can you stand the heat from er indoors when the bearing collapses on the motorway?

No, of course not, what you are really looking for is a total value added package from a manufacturer who manufactures to ISO 9001 standards & is proud enough to have their name on the packaging & you want first class delivery.

You want to buy from a professional dealer who has tried all other bearings himself, has settled on stocking Challenge bearings because of the quality & is prepared to put his name on the line too!

You want to buy from a professional dealer who can give you advise on bearing removal & fitting & give you support with your stub axle problems.

You don't want to be buying bearings from one dealer & then be looking for new nuts from another dealer....you want a total package deal including all you need for a bearing redress.

We don't just sell bearings….we sell a service! Can't find your bearings…ask. Can't get your hub & bearings off ask. Want to upgrade your stub axles ask! Want upgraded hub caps….ask!

You need a set of these high quality 6004-2RS-C3 & 6202-2RS-C3 ball bearings from Challenge including two new nylok nuts.

The 6004 is 42mm OD by 20mm ID by 11mm wide

The 6202 is 35mm OD by 15mm ID by 12mm wide

Every set of these bearing we sell goes out with a slip of paper with installation advise & warnings.....you don't get this from other dealers!

Of course no trailer bearing is going to last forever, & towing such a high value cargo, what you need is a plan to replace the bearings on a regular basis to ensure peace of mind.

In short, run with Challenge bearings & have a change out plan to suit your individual use & you should never see a road side breakdown again.

This sale is for a total of four bearings for a total axle redress. A set of brand new high quality Challenge Bearings manufactured to ISO 9001 part numbers 6004-2RS-C3 & 6202-2RS-C3. Two of each size supplied being a total of 4 bearings for a full axle redress. These bearings will fit the Erde 100/101/102/107/120/121/122/127/132 & Daxara 107/127 trailers, & the Erde PM310 motorcycle trailer.

Included in this listing are two (2) new 10mm Nylok nuts for the stub axles. For security & peace of mind these nuts should be replaced at every bearing change. Buyers please note that the stub axle nut does not need to be torqued up but just nipped up against the bearing. Over tightening results in excessive end or lateral loading leading to premature bearing failure & damage to the stub axle. We will not be held accountable for premature bearing failure due to over tightening the nut! Please see our leaflet advertised on proper installation of bearings.
