Transform your alcohol quality! Turbo Clear is added directly into your turbo wash and within 24 hours removes over 95% of the yeast cells, solids and other compounds from the wash. If Turbo Clear is not used then yeast cells will break open during the boiling process releasing off flavour and smell into your distillate but also impurities absorbed by fermentation clays and carbons will be released back into the distillate. For the very best alcohol QUALITY use Turbo clear in every wash and rack before distillation.

Part A:

Once fermentation is complete stir the wash vigorously to remove all the gas.

Once degassed add the contents of Finings A, stir well to mix then leave to stand for one hour.

Part B:

After one hour stir the wash very gently and add Finings B whilst stiring. Stop stirring as soon as all the Finings B has been added. Do not stir vigorously as this will disrupt the cleaning process. Leave to stand for 24 hours before carefully removing the clear wash for distilling.

International Shipping

The international shipping cost and delivery time may vary depending on the order’s size weight the destination country.

Estimated delivery dates: include our handling time, destination postcode and time of acceptance and also depend on postage service selected and receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

30 Days Hassle Free Return

If the item does not work properly due to the manufacture defect or the item doesn't match the description, you should contact us via Email within 30 days of your receiving the item. We will reply with our details of how to return your item. And the item must be returned within 14 days following this notification.

You can return the item if

  • The item has a manufacturer defect and in a not usable condition for its purpose
  • The item does not match the description
  • The item is damaged during the transit when you receive it
  • The item is purchased in error or change of your mind. (Surcharge may apply)

Warranty doesn't cover misuse, after use damage, crashes, and improper installation.
We do not cover the cost of freight of return if there is no fault with the product.

Return Requirement

  1. The item must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging;
  2. DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging.
  3. The item is securely packed to ensure it is received back by us with no further damage.
  4. If you purchase the item wrongly or change your mind, the item must be returned in the original and resalable condition.

Handling Time & Handling Fee

It may take us up to 5 business days to process the returned item after it has been received.

If there is a faulty with the product or description, there will be no further handling fee charged for the buyer. The total paid amount will be refunded to the buyer or a replacement/exchange will be sent to the buyer and we will make sure the buyer bear no money loss.

If the buyer purchase the item wrongly or change his/her mind after he/she receive the item or there is no faulty found when we receive the return. The postage and handling fee will apply. All other amount will be refunded or equivalent exchange/store credit will be issued.

Postage and Handling Fee: A reasonable amount will be work out to cover the cost of shipping the order to you and the handling fee.
If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.

IMPORTANT

When returning the items, please make sure to include your Order Number and a note with the reason of return.

Please note, you must contact us before you make the return/exchange, and returned item by COD will be rejected. If an exchange is not available, credit will be granted or product of similar or equal value will replace the original items under your agreement.
