INSTRUCTIONS FOR WINNING BIDDER

Please Read!

We do not accept PayPal.  We prefer that you pay with Visa or MasterCard by following the instructions below.  Call us if you have problems.  Why don't we take PayPal?  Challenger N-Scale Hobbies is a real hobby shop, not a virtual store, and we have been in business in Tulsa for over 20 years.  We already have credit card processing for our store customers so it makes no sense to incur PayPal fees that are three times our store account fees.  This allows us to offer merchandise at a lower price since our processing costs are lower.

If you click on the "PAY FOR IT" button in eBay's checkout process, PayPal may take your money but won't send it to us because we do not have a PayPal account.  You will still have to pay us directly and it will be up to you to recover any funds you sent to PayPal.

Winning bidders outside the USA must pay by Visa/MasterCard in United States currency.  International bidders should be aware that shipping may be delayed by Customs officials in buyer’s country.  Any and all tariff, duty and/or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

To pay by credit card, , you have two options.   DO NOT USE PAYPAL

Option 1:  Call in your card number to 918    298    4800 during NORMAL STORE HOURS –Sunday and Monday closed, Tuesday & Wednesday 5pm-8pm, Thursday noon-8pm, Friday noon-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm, (Central Time).  We can't answer the phone when we're not there, so check your times!

Option 2:  Send your Visa/MasterCard number and expiration date to us using eBay messaging.  Send it in two messages, the first message containing the first eight digits and the second message containing the last eight digits and the expiration date.  Use eBay messaging.

Payment is expected within 10 days of auction end.  We will not contact you.  We do combine shipping costs on multiple purchases.  Ebay does not combine shipping costs to our satisfaction because of varying weight totals and package dimensions. Please contact us using eBay messaging to obtain the adjusted shipping cost.

Successful bidders who have not submitted payment within 10 days will be will be reported to eBay as a non-paying buyer.  If there is still no response after 3 more days, the item will be re-listed and eBay's prescribed consequences will occur.

We ship one day per week, usually on Thursdays and we prefer to ship USPS Priority mail if possible.  All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation so there will be no questions as to whether or not they have been received.
