We only accept PayPal as payment method. Don't have a Paypal account? No problem, you can still use your credit/debit card as a Paypal 'guest', though we'd recommend setting up a Paypal account if you're going to be buying lots from eBay!

Shipping

This item is stocked by and dispatched direct to UK mainland addresses from our supplier on our behalf, order before 3pm for same-day dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

For all other customers this will be ordered in and dispatched from our Birmingham warehouse, please allow an additional day for dispatch.

Items are offered for sale on a strict 'mail-order' only basis, collection is not possible, sorry.

International Shipping Services

Royal Mail International Tracked: these items are dispatched from the UK with Deutsche Post, and depending on availability to your destination, will be sent Packet Tracked or Packet Plus, and delivered by your local postal operator.

Standard Delivery (Standard Int'l Postage): Parcels to European destinations* will be shipped via DPD Classic Road, DHL Parcel / UK Mail or Parcelforce EuroPriority. Parcels to USA and Canada will be shipped via Fedex International Economy or DHL Express. For any other destinations, parcels will be shipped via Parcelforce GlobalPriority (EMS).
Expedited Delivery (Express Int'l Postage): Parcels to all destinations will be shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.

*Please note: Standard Delivery prices to European destinations are shown as a 'flat-rate', assuming items can be shipped in the same parcel up to a maximum weight of 25kg. If your order contains multiple items that will need to be shipped in multiple parcels, additional charges will be incurred, we will contact you if this is necessary.

Off-mainland destinations

The following destinations will have different shipping rates (where shipping method shows Standard or Express Int'l Shipping):

DENMARK: Faroe Islands
ITALY: Sardinia & Sicily

• For all shipments outside of the EU, we are obligated to attach an invoice to the outside of the package, and to declare the full value of the goods on customs form/label. (We can mark the item as a 'gift' if requested to, but we will not declare any different amount).
