The SACDV ceramic disk flow cartridge is used on twin and triple valves. This headworks flow cartridge can be used on the following shower valves, however it could be used on other models and brands which are not mentioned:
- Ultra Concealed Twin Thermostatic Shower Valve
- Hudson Reed 3/4 Ceramic Disk Flow Cartridge On And Off For Triple Shower Valves
- Ultra RIALTO 3/4" Twin concealed Thermostatic Shower valve with Diverter A3059-PT349

The main reason this SACDV flow cartridge will need replacing is if the ceramic discs inside have broken. You will be able to know if the disc is broken as the handle will either not turn or it will be stiff or make noise.
