Marinate your chicken or lamb in lemon juice and around 1 level teaspoon of seasoning or 15g per chicken breast, leave in the fridge for a few hours, ideally 24 or even 48 for full margination – the colour is all natural beetroot powder, no dyes or e numbers here!

Use in a curry, or kebab or just a good old sandwich - each bite will be tikka heaven
