This is a billet aluminum Y-piece used in the conversion of a 2010-2013 CRF250R and 2009-2012 CRF450R chassis to accept a 1989-2001 CR500 engine.

This Y-piece is machined from solid blocks of 6061-T6 aluminum, then de-burred in a media tumbler. The front engine mount is machined into the Y-piece such that you will not have to fabricate front engine mounts. The ends are machined to fit either inside or around the tubing of the frame to allow the strongest possible welds.

Warning: Installation of this Y-piece may cause some interference between the front tire and the pipe when forks are FULLY compressed. Under most riding conditions this shouldn't be a problem. We have found that Pro Circuit pipes provide better clearance than others.

Check clearance before riding. Clearance can be increased by modifying the pipe, using a lower profile tire or other modifications. Buyer assumes all responsibility to ensure safety.
