Your order will be shipped between 5 and 10 working days after we have received your instructions and 95% of our orders are delivered within 12 working days. Custom designs or complicated orders may take up to 10 working days to produce.

We use tracked express shipping with delivery confirmation for most items. Note that shipping may take longer at busy times like Christmas and public holidays.

If you have an urgent order, please tell us so we can advise or plan accordingly.

International Shipping

We can ship to most countries using a tracked 3 to 7 day service from one of our fulfilment bases in the USA and UK. Contact us for a quote with major discounts for bulk shipping more than 10 items.

Returns

We are committed to excellent service. If you are in any way unsatisfied with the quality of your product, please contact us and we will work to make it right. As every product has been changed according to your requirements, there is no automatic refund on returns but we will try our best to ensure you are completely satisfied. A discretionary 20% restocking fee may apply.

Most of our products are hand-finished and we use natural, sustainable materials wherever possible so there may be a slight difference in hue and finish between the picture and the product. This is particularly true for the distressed rustic leather products and some of the hand blown glass. Every item is individual so there will be differences between items but we hope this can be embraced as part of the unique one-of-a-kind value of the product. 

Cancellations

If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel please contact us as soon as possible and if we have not produced yet we will provide a complete refund. If you change your mind and we have already started or shipped the order we may provide a partial refund.

To send your own logo or design files: A vector file (SVG, PSD or CDR) is ideal with curves and no built-in fonts. However if you only have an image file like JPEG, PNG or PDF then we can usually work with that. Remember that for engraving there will be no color so everything will be converted to black and white. So if you are sending an image file, black and white line drawings are best.
