Order Information 

EBay will automatically send you the confirmation email, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

Postage Information 

Once you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched you can expect this to arrive with 3- 4 Working days.

For any international orders please allow between 7 -10 working days for delivery.

Please note we must allow 15 working days before we can class your item as lost or stolen in the post.

Do Not Panic IF you have not receive your order in time, please do the following: 

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time and you have received confirmation that it was dispatched please check the following:

1) With any neighbours.

2) With any other resident at your property that might have the parcel but hasn't told you yet.

3) In any possible, safe places, that a post man might have left the parcel in.

4) That you have inquired at your local Royal Mail delivery office.

5) Re-confirm your delivery address so we can verify this is where it was sent.

For International orders please refer to your local postal company for their standard procedure in case this differs to the UK.

International Postage

We will post your items together as long as the total weight of the parcel is less than 2 kg. Postage for items shipped overseas is charged per item. This is to ensure a more efficient and faster delivery of your goods.

For International orders please allow 7 to 10 Working days for delivery.

All our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

Order Not Delivered /Damaged Item

Payments

 We only accept PayPal.

We always send the item to the address you give us on PAYPAL to ensure the security of the item. If you have changed your address, or want us to ship to another address, please change to the new address when you pay us with PAYPAL, otherwise we will not be responsible if the package is lost. 

 Wrong Item Delivered: 

If we deliver the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange to collect and replace your item as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy:

Returns are accepted only if the product is returned within 14 working days after the receipt of the product. If you are not satisfied by the product, please contact us immediately by contacting us on eBay.

The returns should be posted in the original condition with packaging to ensure the refund, without complications. Original invoice must be attached with the product when you will arrange for the return.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is in a non-resalable condition, for example, worn, washed or used.

When trying-on the product, please make sure that the product is not marked by any smell or scent. If the returned product has been marked by a scent or smell, the product will become unacceptable for returns.

The information required while returning the product is, full name, address, original invoice and your eBay ID. 

If the returns is accepted, we will issue the refund excluding the shipping fees.
