SIGNED O'REGAN ? I can't quite make out the signature but i looks like it could be O'Regan.
In pencil is the signature and a line that reads "To Judy fondly on Sept. 2, 1995", and another that reads "Hand Painted" with the signature following.
The frame measures 30" x 24" and the print paper measures 26 X 20.
This hand colored print is fabulous. I am still finding different faces within this piece of art that I didn't see before. Take a close look to see the wonderful detail in this art.
