This is a common problem of this window motors, normally this gear ratchet (gear teeth) are wear down, and they can't fit well into the window regulator to lift it down, because the gear gets stripped. But this part solves the problem. It's very easy to install, just remove your window motor (you can search how in youtube) and check if this part on the window motor its worn down. It's is very easy to remove, just pry away the cover from the motor and replace gear plus lube gear half, then you just have to put everything together again, and problem solved for just a couple of bucks.
