Spooky black cats with mice and birds cotton print fabric. Back is black poly cotton fabric. Gathered black satin ribbon around edge. Two ties of black grosgrain ribbon keep the back tied closed. Measures approximately 20" in diameter. (Print may vary slightly from skirt to skirt depending on where the cut was made in the fabric.)
