The output end of the transformer takes the standard two (2) prong flat blade/round blade connector, and the power cord that goes to the wall isnot included with this part.  This transformer has an emergency battery backup where two 9 volt batteries go (batteries not included) to get the chair back to a sitting position in case power goes out in the home.
