Up for sale is an incredibly rare, NEW, Yves Saint Laurent by Tom Ford suit from Fall 2004 Collection (Tom Ford's last and best collection for YSL).  The jacket and the skirt were shown in separate outfits on runway, but are the same deep gorgeous teal color.  This design was also featured at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute exhibit "China: through the looking glass" (see pic 2).   Truly a collector's item! 

These items need no introduction for Tom Ford's aficionados.  This jacket and skirt can be worn together or separately (as on runway) and each item is a total show-stopper!  The workmanship is incredible and the impact of these gorgeous teal detailed items is astounding.  The jacket has structured shoulders, foldable peter pan color, vertical tonal stitching throughout and ball buttons; fitted in the waist with peplum detailing at hips.  The skirt is a sexy pencil silhouette with pale teal inserts at the sides and frayed detailing.  Both are made of highest quality silk.  Please see close up pictures for the beautiful details.

Of course, this is 100% AUTHENTIC YSL! This collectable suit is new, without tags.  Please note that skirt label came loose at one side (it was this way when it was purchased).  

Sizing: The jacket is sz. 38 Fr and skirt is 40 Fr.  Approximate measurements for the jacket:  Bust 35”, Waist 30”, Shoulder 13.5”, Length 20.5”, Sleeve 26”.  Approximate measurements for the skirt:  Waist 30”, Hip 38”, Length 26”.  Please know what you wear in YSL as I cannot be held responsible for poor fit. There is no stretch.  Made in France!
