This is a Giclee print of an original painting by Virginia artist, Shelley Koopmann. The image is printed on 8 x 10 in. paper with a white border.

Shelley works primarily in oils. She finds the Virginia landscape wonderfully inspiring, and also continues to paint the beaches of Long Island and the coast of Maine. She is a "people watcher" and loves to document people going about their everyday activities. She has been fortunate to have received numerous awards, including First Place at the League of Roanoke Artists 25th Annual Showcase of the Arts, and the 3rd Annual Westlake Library Juried Show. In 2009, she entered her first national show and had two of her paintings accepted. Since that time, she was accepted into the Appalachian Pastel Society's 2nd National Juried Exhibition, judged by renowned artist Ann Templeton. Her work is part of the Carilion Clinic's permanent collection at Smith Mountain Lake and in Roanoke.
