BUYERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR USING ANY OTHER COURIER, we strongly recommend for the buyer to include insurance as we will not be directly liable for any lost or damaged goods without insurance.  Please email us if you have a delivery problem.  Insurance is available at $150 per $1000 cover. *IMPORTANT* As a condition of insurance with freight, if there are any damages visible with the furniture upon arrival which you must inspect the goods within 24 hours and if so you must contact us &/or e-go.com.au to inform of the damages otherwise insurance claims can and will be void.

5) All brand new items are covered by one year warranty (No warranty applied for faulty items) - Please see item details for warranty specifics.

7) Any pick up orders can be picked up from 73-75 Williams Rd, Dandenong South, VIC, 3175 , and in store we take cash only.
