  • Please make sure the shoes are returned in the condition they were sent. You will not be refunded if the shoes have been used or worn.
  • Please make sure to properly ship back shoes in a package, envelope or box. Please do not damage the shoe box with a label and tape. 
  • You are only allowed ONE EXCHANGE PER TRANSACTION. (Make sure you purchase proper size.)
