Our warranty policy commences from the date of dispatch

All items will be checked by our technician before sending, however if you do receive a defective product, please keep it in its original condition and email us immediately so we can rectify the problem by exchanging a new one for you as soon as possible.

Upon delivery, please check the item to ensure there is no shipping damage. Once you have opened the container (or any other medium), you have accepted it as undamaged.

we are not responsible for any problems that arise from poor maintenance, modification and/or loss of parts. Our warranty policy does not cover misuse, collisions, mishandling accident or improper assembly

Our warranty policy covers defective and/or faulty parts under normal use. We require any parts claimed under warranty be required to us so we can make a thorough inspection which we can then repair or replace the defective part.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping fees. We will pay for postage when sending a replacement if product is defective as reported

If the buyer contacts us within two weeks of receiving the product and it is faulty, the item is classified as Dead on Arrival (DOA). The buyer is then entitled to a refund of a replacement; otherwise standard warranty procedures apply.
