Neptune Tug Boat including Fittings 1:50 Scale Krick Robbe RC Model Kit


The Neptune is a semi-scale replica of a Hamburg tug boat in 1:50 scale. The original is used in harbours all over the world.

The Romarin model kit of the Neptune is particularly distinguished by the fact that the necessary parts for running such as the Kort nozzle, propeller shaft and propeller are included in the kit. The ABS hull and parts such as bulwark, superstructure and funnel shorten the construction time significantly.

Also included as standard in the kit is a comprehensive fittings kit to complete all that scale detailing including working lights, brass fittings, life rafts, ladder assemblies, rubber tyre fenders, life belts, anchor, chain, flag, etc.

In the construction of the model much emphasis was placed on scale details. On the lower mast platform is a functional, rigid fire monitor. By pivoting the Kort nozzle, Neptune is particularly manoeuvrable, so any difficult towing is well within its capabilities. The towing hook can also be opened remotely.

The kit is complete with building instructions with step by step photographs, exploded diagrams, full size building plan, transfers and suggested RC installation.
