This Steampunk Skirt is simply stunning. It has a full tulle petticoat which gives it a great shape and the attached overskirt has a series of elasticated lines which gives the skirt its great ruffle effect and large scalloped edge .It has a banded waist with a size zip and falls to a mid-calf length. The skirt fits tight at the waist and is puffy and flared at the bottom.This is a great modern Victorian skirt and looks great worn with striking fitted shirts, a great Steampunk corset or a fitted jacket.
