These halters are hand made by us on a commercial sewing machine. Why is that a big deal!! On a  smaller machine the stitches will work loose in days. China made on machines where every stitch looks perfect is also not reliable.  I am not just a person who sells hand made products on Ebay. I grew up on a working cattle farm and I can tell you there is not a lot I don't know about handling cattle.  I know I don't want cheap junk on their heads when I am handling them. We are proud Ebay and Paypal will stand by you while you deal with them. They should. I however have always had the policy that the deal is not finished until you are happy.
