Shipping

Economy shipping is free for most items to the US only. Upgrade options and international shipping are available at the cost stated in eBay's shipping calculator. Handling time is generally same or next business day.

Most items will ship worldwide. We only offer First Class and Flat Rate Priority on a limited basis to countries that include delivery confirmation. Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International include delivery confirmation to all destinations.

The following are estimated transit times for Priority Mail International:    

North America: 10 - 24  days    
      Western Europe & Oceana: 2 - 4 weeks
      Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and South America: 3 - 8 weeks          

Customs delays during the holidays in all countries, on rare occasion, may take up to a maximum of 12 weeks to arrive.

Returns

Standard Return Policy: All items are returnable for any reason within 30 days of the order date unless otherwise stated.

Extended Holiday Return Policy: Items ordered between November 1 and December 31  may be returned until January 31.

ExceptionsAny exceptions to these policies will be stated here.

All items must be returned in the condition in which they are received. Elective returns of items purchased new that have been opened after delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are eligible for a maximum refund of 50%. Items that include digital content will have the value of the digital content deducted unless the digital content codes are within the sealed item.

Taxes

Kentucky Recipients: We are required by KY state law to collect and remit sales tax for any purchase being shipped to KY. KY's standard state-wide rate of 6% is automatically calculated by eBay, along with PayPal's processing fee on that amount. You are not responsible for reporting purchases from us in your annual Use Tax filing. If you do not claim KY income tax on your Federal Income tax return, state sales tax paid may bedeductible from your Federal Income Tax return. Use the PayPal transaction record as your receipt when preparing your taxes. Please note this in not professional tax advice.

Domestic Recipients: There will be no personal information given to any government agency regarding this purchase. However, residents in certain states may be required to report your purchase to local tax authorities. Please contact your local tax authorities for more information. Serenity's Satchel does not collect or remit tax in any states other than Kentucky, nor do we report any sales to other states.

International Recipients: The declared value of most items is lower than the threshold of collecting import duties in most countries. Shipping expenses are not reported to customs authorities when determining the value of this item.  In the  event that import duties are assessed on this item, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay them. We cannot mark this item as a "gift" unless it is specifically purchased as a gift and this is stated in the PayPal payment. PayPal payments that state this is a gift will be shipped as a gift.
