     All orders received by 2 pm will be dispatched the same day ROYAL MAIL 1. Class service. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout and PayPal is accurate and verified. If you need a parcel delivered to an International delivery please contact us for a quote. We are very reasonable on our overseas courier charges. Please be aware postage times will be different to what is quoted on the listings to these areas. Our post is dispatched Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays and exceptional circumstances from our warehouse in London.

 

Return
     Returns are accepted if you change your mind or are not happy with your item for any reason: please contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us. If you receive an incorrect or faulty product from ourselves, please notify us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to replace any incorrect or faulty tem as fast as possible. In this case the return postage cost and full refund are guaranteed for you. In all cases where an item requires returning, it needs to be returned in the parts original packaging as per what we sent it out in, please include a receipt for return postage in with the parcel.
In all cases, refunds can only be issued once we receive the unwanted or faulty goods back. Please remember to include one of the copies of your purchase invoice with the return parcel so we can process the refund as fast as possible. We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
