RARE Vintage Cast Iron or Steel Provincial Engineering Ltd. 3 Ton/Tonne Rolling Stock Railway Crane 8.25" x 19.25" Builder Plate Industrial Sign/Plaque w/Serial Number - Niagara Falls, Ontario This is a nice original heavy cast iron/steel sign/builder plate (nearly 8 lbs!). Provincial Engineering Limited produced 3 ton railway rolling stock cranes similar to those that were manufactured by Taylor and Hubbard for Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR), Canadian National Railway (CNR) and other railways throughout North America.
