All items are dispatched within one business working day from North Wales. Items posted within the UK are sent fast and free, using Royal Mail first class service which usually takes 1-2 days, however can sometimes take a little longer during busy periods, such as Christmas. EU and International customers please allow 5-10 days for delivery.
If you need to return or exchange an item please go into your purchase history and click on “return an item” in eBay. Please remember to include your eBay username in the package sothat we can process the exchange or refund once we receive it. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All returned item’s require proof of postage from the post office, plus all items with a value of £10 or more must be returned via the signed for recorded delivery service.
