UK Customers: Goods are sent via Royal Mail, who do not consider a parcel "lost" until 15 working days (Monday to Friday) after the latest expected delivery date. Therefore, we can only replace or refund after this period.
Non UK Customers: Royal Mail parcels are not considered "lost" until 25 working days after the latest expected delivery date. Therefore, we can only replace or refund after this period.
When purchasing more than one item from us, please add multiple items to your basket and click request total from seller before making a payment so that we can alter postage charges or combine postage as necessary.
