We offer a 30 Day returns policy from receipt of goods on all spare parts and accessories. If you think you have a faulty item we ask before starting the return please contact our free of charge technical help team, they can advise on the technical problem and will issue a returns number if required. 

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. We offer a 30 day money back warranty on all UNUSED spare parts, we do not LOAN spares for you to try. All misconduct is reported to eBay customer service.
