Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase.

Shipment

Shipping to: United States, Canada

We usually ship out the item within 2 business day after your payment clears.
It should take about 2 to 5 business days for delivery to U.S.A .
Your item will be sent to your PayPal shipping address via­­ USPS/Fed Ex/UPS. Please confirm your address and phone number is up to date.

Please provide your phone number if possible for delivery purposes. Phone number is required for international shipments.
If there is any reason such as holidays/festivals that could cause the shipping be delayed, we will let buyer know in advance. Additional shipping cost will apply for any place outside the 48 contiguous states. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam we ship via USPS/Fed Ex/UPS , please see shipping service and other details for shipping cost.
You will receive an email from us once your item is shipped out. Please ensure your PayPal email address is correct and our emails aren't caught in your spam filters.

Canadian Shipping

For CANADA, we use Fed Ex/UPS so be aware of your customs / duty fees.

Combine shipping

Please take advantage of combined shipping. Combined shipping is available on all orders paid at one time.

Here’s how it works for combining shipping: Our system will charge the full shipping on the item that has the highest shipping cost. And return other shipping costs charged!

Refund Policy

Item must be returned within 30 days from the ship date.

All merchandise returns can only be accepted under brand-new and un-installed condition. To initiate an exchange, you must follow the same procedures. When no error on our part exists with the shipping of any purchase, you will be subjected to incur the cost associated with re-shipping a package and the original shipping cost is not subjected to a refund.

If we make an error and ship you the wrong part, you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will ship out the correct part to you.

Damaged Shipment / Defects / Shortage in Merchandise

Upon receipt of your product, please inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been damaged. If the packaging or product has been damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the damage. Any claims for merchandise defects or shortages must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. We will send a replacement part or refund at our discretion.
All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment within 10 business days upon receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns at our discretion.
