INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Europe Delivery: We delivery most of the European countries via special road service. Delivery charges can be viewed in the postage section. For some remote areas there can be additional delivery charges. Please contact us for details

Worldwide Delivery Service: We can arrange delivery via freight service. Mirror is packed in specially made wooden crate for added safety. Tracking information is also available on request.

For all International shipments a contact telephone number is required.

Buyer may require to pay custom duties to their countries customs department at the time or receiving item. For details you can check with your countries local customs department 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Due to the weight and size of the furniture and heavy items, we arrange delivery in our own vans or arrange special delivery service.

Most of the couriers are one man service and some assistance required in some occasions

Once you receive the item please check it immediately and report any damages or issues within 48 hours. We will not accept any damage claim after the initial 48 hours of receiving the item.

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the item you can return the item at your expense in the original packaging and the initial postage cost will be deducted from the refund.

Collection:

All items can be collected from our showroom in Birmingham (B27 6BY) with prior notice.

You can also arrange your own collection via courier service. We can pack the item securely and also assist in loading.
