Make light work of hoovering your home with the Quest Cordless Vacuum Cleaner. At just over 2kg, the upright vacuum cleaner is ultra-lightweight to easily clean from floor to ceiling. You can also turn it into a smaller, handheld vacuum cleaner which is great for cleaning cars and stairs.

For a stronger, deeper clean, the vacuum cleaner features a removable motorised brush with nylon bristles. Replacement heads are also included to tackle the tightest corners and a variety of tasks. The vacuum is also bagless to save you from buying replacement hoover bags.

The biggest benefit of a rechargeable vacuum cleaner is that you don’t have to plug it in from room to room or reel up any cords. The vacuum cleaner’s rechargeable Li-Ion battery can be recharged using the charging unit included. When charged, it has a runtime of 20 mins.

Goods will be sent to the delivery address provided at the checkout. Please note that items may be packaged and dispatched separately.

BFPO address

Only orders delivered by Royal Mail can be delivered to BFPO addresses.

Delivery to OUT OF AREA

For small and medium items (delivered with Yodel & Royal Mail), we will deliver to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland at no extra cost. For large items (delivered with XDP), we may be unable to deliver to out of area post codes, therefore, please contact us before placing your order so we can check if delivery is available.

Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are in at the time of the delivery or that they collect the item from the depot/sorting office. Orders which are returned undelivered can be re-dispatched (additional delivery costs will be charged prior to dispatch) or refunded (minus the cost of the failed delivery).

Unwanted/Cancelled Purchases

• Must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item
• Must be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the item
• Must be complete in or with original packaging
• Must be in a re-sellable condition
• Must be notified prior to return

As per our terms and conditions please return all unwanted items and cancelled orders at your own cost. We advise using a tracked service and all customers should obtain proof of postage. For help returning your item(s) please contact us.

All order(s) will be checked upon receipt. If your return is accepted we will notify you via email or telephone and process your refund. If there is a problem with your return, or you fail to acknowledge the above terms and conditions, a member of our customer service team will be in touch.
