Here is a nice set of vintage mini bike forks to clean up / restore and re-use. I think these may have come off a Sears mini bike. Between the plates where it would mount to the frame is 4". The bolt holes in the plates still look nice. The forks have an odd bend going back on the tubes, I think they were made that way, The fender will need to be welded back in place on one side.
