This Brush Pen is very soft and very elastic, allowing easy thin to thick strokes.

The ink flows faster than some brush pens, allowing fast strokes to stay more saturated.

The tip of the pen body is tapered for a more comfortable grip during precise work.

Refill cartridge is interchangeable with the Kuretake Brush Pen No. 7 cartridge.

Brush Pen No. 13 is great for wash paintings, because of the water soluble dye and a perfect pen for brush lettering.

Fude pen Mannen Mouhitsu Takujo (also known as Kuretake Brush pen No.13 - Brush tip) is a brush tip with a long body that is easy to write as well as draw with.

It is perfect for creating Sumi-E (wash drawing). This pen is cartridge refillable with a nylon brush tip for complete control.

Spare refillable cartridges included.
