  We use premium leathers and exotic skins that are handfinished with antiquing, waxing and burnishing to enhance the natural beauty of the materials.
  Your boots are unique and the subtle differences in texture and color that occur naturally are not imperfections.
  These markings and natural aging add character to your boots.

Returns

Should you need to return or exchange an item, please do so within the stated timeframe in the item listing.  Email us for an RMA# and return instructions.

Please keep in mind the following details that apply to returns or exchanges:

1 – Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  This includes all future shipping charges on exchanges.  We will invoice you via PayPal and your exchange will ship out once we receive your payment.

2 – Items must be in new condition with all un-removed manufacturer tags & original packaging, no exceptions.

3 – A 20% restocking fee will be charged on boots, caps or cowboy hats with product boxes not returned wrapped in an outer protective box, shipping bag or similar product.

4 – A 50% restocking fee will be charged on items returned to us from refused shipments.

5 – International orders are non-returnable.

6 – You may select a carrier of your choice, however we suggest utilizing a trackable method for return shipments.

7 – A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any returned item that originally received free shipping.

8 – The buyer assumes all responsibility in purchasing a “No Returns” item.   No returns, means no returns.

Delivery estimate times are based on the transit time once your order leaves our warehouse.  Orders placed after 4:00pm Eastern time may not begin processing until the following day.
