Mid to late 1970's Rolex Cellini.  Solid 18k gold, original 18k gold-filled buckle, cushion shape, manual wind, white dial with roman numbers gold hands, sapphire crystal, 19 Jewels, CAL #1601,Meassures 38mm L (Lug to Lug) x 27 mm (W at widest point including crown), new rolex crown put on by Sollberger's Watch & Clock (a certfied Rolex Service dealer). 

In October 2013, a Service of Movement (COA)  during which the following parts were replace: setting lever, Yoke for sliding gear, Yoke Spring, Jumper for setting lever, Great Wheel, 3rd wheel, Escape wheel, & replaced the worn band with a 16mm dark brown leather gator strap.
