Payment

Please pay via PayPal within 4 days of placing your order, we can accommodate payments by card and bank transfers, if you wish to do this please contact us for further instructions

UK Shipping

Most of our products are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and 2nd class mail free of charge, we can offer an express delivery option please contact for more details.

International Shipping

International shipping can be provided, please email us with the product and quantity you require and we will be happy to provide you with a quote. All international shipments can be tracked.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all goods the same day if purchased between our business hours of Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm. Please feel free to message us outside of these office hours for any information. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Returns

We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be made excluding all P&P costs. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded after inspection and postage will be paid by South Essex Fasteners LTD.

Collections

Feel free to come and collect from us, just email/phone to let us know and we will ensure your goods are ready for a swift collection.

Invoices

A VAT invoice will be provided with all sales.
