- You need to make M12x1.5 threads inside your engine block.
Use 12.5 mm. drill bit to drill head gasket, head washers (all 14 pcs.) and engine head to 12.5 mm. diameter - We recommend to use Loctite 3020 to assembly head gasket
- Use grease, torque wrench and tighten all nuts (clockwise) in the following steps:
1st. step - 40 Nm. 2nd. step - 80 Nm. 3rd. step 120 Nm - NOTE: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE NUTS. Our product can handle up to ~150 Nm but your engine head wont
