Item comes as pictured. It has some scratches and nics as pictured. Item was pulled from a working environment, but I can only test by powering it on. Hard drives included. No power cords will be included, but are easy to get, the 3 prongs used with computers. With limited knowledge and testing I have to sell as non working for parts or repair and no returns. It will ship free in continental US by FedEx.
