We only accept PayPal for all online transactions. 

Postage & Delivery:- Enabling us to deliver the wide range of small and larger items we sell and to give the best possible comprehensive delivery service we offer 3rd party deliveries with Royal Mail and UKMail, larger items are by our own company transport. Our free delivery sales are offered on the understanding that this is a UK mainland coverage excluding NI, highlands and islands of Scotland, some Devon and Cornwall postcodes could attract an additional charge for larger items. In all cases would you please ensure a mobile number is provided as a text alert system operates for the vast majority of deliveries. We do offer some quite large items for shipment, if in doubt about delivery please enquire before purchase.

Outside of our normal 14 day returns period all items carry a "Return to Base" warranty. We do not offer reverse logistics for any of our products. It is advised when shipping an item back to us it is securely packed and protected also adequate insurance is taken out to cover courier damage. Any items with visible damage to the packaging will not be signed for by our goods in department.

Once a return has been accepted, you will be give a limited number of days to return your order, please ensure that it is packaged carefully, and if returning not due to the item(s) being faulty or damaged, ensure that the item(s) are returned in the original condition and packaging, as new and in a resalable condition.

Returns must have a returns note in order for it to be processed, any returns sent without a returns note will be refused.

Return request over 14 days from date of purchase will be refused
