Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer a 30 day returns policy on all items. 

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the item being received by you. 

To help us process your refund as quickly as possible please include your ebay username within the return. 

The customer agrees to pay the return shipping costs unless a faulty or wrong item is sent in which case we will cover the cost of the return postage. 

All returns need to be returned in perfect re - saleable condition. Unworn and complete with all tags attached. Please contact us with any problems before leaving feedback or to arrange any returns as we will gladly resolve any problems.

We send all items Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

There is the option to upgrade your shipping to next day special delivery if required subject to an extra charge.

Items will be dispatched the same day if paid for before 9:15am otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day.
