A  nice sized piece of copper with 
a visible amount of silver.
The earliest mining pit (of Michigan Copper)
dates back to 7,000 years ago.
According to scientific testing, Michigan native copper
is the copper used in the Egyptian Pyramids.
This combination of silver and copper was called
"Half-Breed" by the local miners.
These copper and silver half- breeds 
are only found in Michigan.
